Your opinions matter to us. Clifton View values the support and input of family members, residents, their relatives/friends and staff in order to maintain a quality and effective service.

At Clifton View we encourage everyone to have an opinion and to let us know how we’re doing.

Quarterly we complete ‘satisfaction surveys’ with all residents or a nominated family member. In these surveys we ask questions and opinions of all aspects of the home, from care to meals. These surveys are then reviewed and acted on if required.

Resident meetings are held monthly to allow the residents to voice their opinions and express any improvements they wish to see.

We also have active social media accounts which are updated with news and activities happening at the home allowing family members and loved one to keep up to date with all that is happening.

*Please note that all residents/family members are required to sign a consent form before being published on any of our social media accounts or website.
