SPECIALISING IN DEMENTIA & RESIDENTIAL CARE IN NOTTINGHAM

Clifton View Care Home is divided into 3 floors. The ground floor caters for the needs of people with dementia. The 1st floor provides rehabilitation or assessment care for people who are transferred through City Care Hub from local hospitals. The 2nd floor offers care for people who require residential long or short term care. We also offer day care service for people.

Our home is situated in Clifton in Nottingham in close proximity to local amenities, bus stop and tram line which are wheelchair friendly and provide easy access to and from the City Centre.

Rooms

Each resident has their own private room with an en-suite.  All rooms are spacious and light. We encourage our residents to bring in personal effects to make it personal and homely for them. Each room is equipped with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, comfy chair and a movable table that can be adjusted if they wish to use it in bed.

Safety is a priority for Clifton View. All rooms have a call bell system which allows residents to call for staff for assistance, or in the event of an emergency there is an emergency call button which sounds an alarm which will alert the whole building.

The en-suites are all wet rooms to allow those with different levels of mobility to access the shower and toilet. Each floor additionally has a bath which is adapted to tilt if a resident is unable to sit up without support. The bath is there for any residents that wish to use it.
